We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

• Once we have received your order, it may take 4 – 14 working days to ship your custom-made product. 

• When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with the delivery information. 

• Afterward, you will be able to track your order by the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
